How do I cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible and in most cases, we are unable to cancel or change an order. But we have options for you, so please send us an email at help@carved.com as soon as possible with your order number!
If you would like to cancel your order because you saw a different item that caught your eye, please note that we aren't able to switch slices for you due to how quickly each sells! If you see a slice you like better, be sure to purchase it as quickly as possible, then let us know which order you would like to cancel (we will try to catch it before it gets shipped out, but if it doesn't get caught we do have a 30 day return / exchange policy!).
