Do you have a guarantee on your products? What is it?

We proudly offer a 1 Year Manufacturer Guarantee on all of our products. Our products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards, and our guarantee covers defects in material or workmanship in new products. However, this guarantee does not cover any damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect by the user, including but not limited to deliberate damage or improper handling. This guarantee extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Please note that the guarantee period begins from the date you purchased your original product and is not extended in the event of a guarantee replacement. Any replacement product provided under this guarantee will be covered for the remaining period of the original product's guarantee.

To place a guarantee claim, please email us at help@carved.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Original date of purchase
  • A picture of the product

While we strive to provide high-quality products, we do not guarantee that our products will protect your device from possible damage. Our guarantee is strictly limited to the product itself and does not extend to any device or accessories used in conjunction with our product.
