We could try to explain it to you verbally, but we’ve found that visuals tend to work best… so here’s a video from our very own Alex showing you how to tighten + loosen it all by yourself, because you’re a strong, independent person who doesn’t need any help! (But if you do, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do to help you out. We’re all about empowerment but asking for help when needed is also pretty important.)
